People often talk about how weird it is that good things seem to happen to generous people. And how bad things seem to happen to selfish people.
I have the opposite view. I do not find it surprising in the least that generous people do well.
Whatever you do for income, you are being rewarded for providing value to someone. The more value you provide / the more generous you are, the more you will get rewarded.
What surprises me is that most people don’t realise this.
They have to create some kind of mystical, extra-planetary force called “Karma” to explain why being generous and kind to others leads to a better life.
